Introduction to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 299et ("299et", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 299et website at 299et.pro, including all games, betting markets, promotions and services. These Terms apply to all registered players in Bangladesh and supersede any prior oral or written representations.

By accessing the 299et platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. 299et reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and location at any time and to suspend or close any account where such evidence is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

1. Eligibility and Access

Access to the 299et platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions. 299et reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to restrict or terminate access for any player who does not satisfy these conditions.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where use of online gaming services is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close relative of an employee of 299et or any of its affiliated suppliers.
• You must not have an active self-exclusion arrangement on the 299et platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must register and operate only one account on the 299et platform in your own name.

Players in Bangladesh who satisfy all of the above conditions are welcome to register and use 299et. The platform supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as its primary account currency, with transactions processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladeshi bank transfer channels.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 299et platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 299et does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees independent of 299et. Players are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a 299et account.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your BDT balance typically within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction, subject to network and provider availability.
• 299et reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal to that method.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests from a 299et account.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is approved by 299et support.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Pending withdrawals will be placed on hold if KYC documentation has not been submitted.
• 299et reserves the right to apply additional security checks to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend standard processing times.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 299et platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or closed, have winnings voided and be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 299et shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if 299et has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

299et does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages and circumstances outside 299et's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 299et's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

299et reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 299et platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 299et will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by contacting the mobile number associated with your registered account. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform before the amendment's effective date.
